Founder and Chief Learning Strategist
Asha Pandey is the Founder and Chief Learning Strategist at EI Design. She heads the organisation’s Solution Architecting and Innovation mandates. She has been bringing her rich 15 years’ experience into play to help EI Design customers transform their learning and keep pace with the changing dynamics in the Learning industry. A regular writer for various global Learning forums, Asha is one of the most recognised thought leaders in the industry.
Subramani comes with a total experience of 16 years, with 4 years in print media and over 11 years in eLearning. At EI Design, he oversees the project progress from presales to product strategy, manages customer relationships and collaborates with managers and domain experts. Additionally, he passionately strives to achieve standardisation and centralisation of process workflows and artefacts to achieve predictable quality and timely deliverables.
Head of Operations
As Head of Operations, Vishnuvardhan plans, directs and remains closely involved with the project execution team and looks after overall resource management across domains. Additionally, he focuses on continuous improvement of the customer satisfaction index across accounts. With over 14 years of core eLearning experience, he manages cross-functional teams and provides guidance to project teams to deliver high-quality products to customers.
Creative Director and Head of Innovation
Anirban Das is responsible for the innovative and creative solutions that are provided by EI Design. Other than leading the innovation mandate within the company, he is also an active member of Solution Architecting team. With his varied experience of 12 years in the corporate training domain, he believes in opening up avenues for collaboration between cross-functional teams to arrive upon personalised solutions that bridge the gap between user and business needs.
Ravi Chauhan founded The Leadership Consulting in 2016 after an illustrious career spanning 28 years in the technology sector. He has previously served as the Managing Director of SAP India Private Limited, Managing Director of Juniper Networks India Private Limited, the Global General Manager for Nortel Networks’ enterprise software business and the Managing Director of Nortel’s India operations.
Nalini has over 20 years of experience in the areas of CRM, Database Marketing, Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management. This includes a 12 year tenure with OgilvyOne Worldwide as Vice President, CRM, Data Services and Tele-Services. Currently she is pursing doctoral research at IIM-Bangalore in Quantitative Methods and Information systems. She contributes to the overall business strategy at EI Design and provides inputs for operational excellence.
Avinash Agrawal has over 30 years of diversified experience in the global software industry. He worked as Managing Director of Narus Networks India (now part of Boeing, USA), President and CEO of Merge Healthcare India (now part of IBM). He has been serving as a mentor for EI Design from 2012, guiding the management and operations teams at both strategic and operational levels with a focus on sustainable business growth and standardised processes.
Vikram Amaranath has over 30 years of corporate experience, which includes holding senior consulting and management positions with Tata Consulting Services. Engaged as a Mentor at EI Design from 2012, he has been contributing both at the strategic and operational levels. He has been providing guidance on sustained business growth, fact-based scalability, greater process-focus and a metrics driven approach.
