This Portal-based solution features 6 levels the learners must progress through, accumulating experience points and earning badges and trophies as they complete the challenges to unlock the successive levels. Each level is a fictitious scenario where learners must help their customer understand the various features of the software product and how to use it to automate their processes.
Furthermore, to impart a sense of competition and social recognition in all learners, all achievements the learners had gained were shown in leaderboards on the LMS. This also allowed the learners to effectively track their own progress.
