Business Development Executive – 1 Position

As an inside sales representative, you will play a Key role in helping us achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day (more often to international locations), generating interest and converting inbound leads into qualified prospects, setting up appointments for the Sales team, and ensure the lead conversion ratios are maximised.

This is a support role that reports into the Head of Sales and working in close co-ordination with the sales team and fuelling the pipeline of qualified leads with a combination of Inbound and outbound processing.


  • Source new sales opportunities and meetings through inbound lead processing and outbound follow-ups via cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and create a qualified opportunity list for sales.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM and MIS on an on-going basis
  • Research accounts identify key players and generate interest from key accounts
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territories
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects, present capabilities offerings effectively.


  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota of leads and meetings
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with or similar CRM and maintaining MIS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
