Development process
EI Design employs the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) as the basis for its content development process and to define work, products and activities. All projects are implemented through a documented process that closely resembles the ADDIE Instructional System Design (ISD) model in which each step has an outcome that feeds into the subsequent step. We have integrated a “Rapid Prototyping” approach into the same. An overview of the activities in each stage is as follows:

Although every customer is unique in the desire or need for specific project methodology, we typically use the standard documentation indicated in our standard workflow to complete the content development process. Wherever required, we tweak this or adopt documentation of our customers to align to their development process.
