Nalini Guhesh
Director
Nalini has over 20 years of experience in the areas of CRM, Database Marketing, Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management. Her experience includes a 12 year tenure with Ogilvy One World-wide as Vice President, CRM, Data Services and Tele-Services. She was instrumental in building O&M's capability as India's leading CRM services provider.
She also set up an organisation-wide Knowledge Management system at NFO MBL India Ltd. She was a visiting faculty for Business Intelligence and Data Mining at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
At EI Design, her contribution involves design of the overall business strategy, as well as providing inputs for operational excellence.
She holds a Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy from BITS-Pilani and a Masters in Business Management from IIM-Bangalore. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral Research at IIM-Bangalore in the area of Quantitative Methods and Information systems.
