Asha Pandey
Chairperson and Managing Director
Asha has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, with 11 years of experience in the eLearning domain.
This includes assignments at Digital Equipment Corporation and Wipro Infotech. In 1992, she co-founded a highly successful system integration company called Veritas. After seven years of full time involvement with Veritas, Asha co-founded her second entrepreneurial venture - Onward Education in 2000 as the sole partner in India for eCollege, the LMS provider.
In 2002, she co-founded EI Design Pvt Ltd. to cater to the global market’s need for an offshore eLearning solutions provider; a company with focus on custom content development. She has led the organisation since inception and to extend its portfolio to offer Learning Consulting and Strategic Planning services for eLearning adoption.
In her current role, she provides leadership and vision to the activities within EI Design. She heads two business units namely Business Development and Instructional Design. Her passion is Instructional Design and creation of effective learning architecture for eLearning courses. She also has a Consulting practice to advise and train organisations on eLearning adoption.
Asha holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
