2. Product Integrator
We are seeking exceptional Product Integrator talent.
As a Product Integrator, you will be building the elearning products with Visual Designers and Instructional Designers.
The specific responsibilities you will be required to fulfil as a Product Integrator (along with the knowledge and skills you will be expected to possess) are outlined below:
Role specific:
At this stage you will be expected to:
- create advanced flash course framework using components, dynamic course objects and high interactive templates
- create rapid prototypes, understand client requirements and translate them into workable solutions and other related tasks which require higher levels of programming skills
- possess strong programming, GUIs and course integration skills
- develop solutions using Action Script and OOPs
- possess knowledge and usage of elearning standards such as SCORM, AICC and Section 508
- convert the courses into SCORM compliant and deploy and test them on LMS and
- possess excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment.
Skills set:
- expert in Flash, AS 2.0 and 3.0
- expert in HTML, XML, CSS and Javascript and
- experience in working in Flex, PHP and MySQL.
Others:
In addition to the above mentioned knowledge and skills, the following skills would be preferable:
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, and interact in a professional and friendly manner with company and client personnel
- coordinate between the Project Manager and team to ensure the smooth execution of a project
- coordinate with the client to understand the requirement
- ability to perform under pressure and maintain emotional composure under stress
- flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and events
- Self-motivated and strong work ethics, ability to multitask and
- Possess good communication skills.
Education and experience
In addition to the above mentioned knowledge and skills, the following skills would be preferable:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- two to four years of experience as a Programmer or Product Integrator in an eLearning company
- experience in Project Management, leading teams and handling customers will be an added advantage.
