Admin Executive


Admin Executive -1 position

  1. Maintaining attendance, leave records and employee records on daily basis. Also refer Prohance reports to check minimum hours clocked and productive hours are met as per standards defined
  2. Preparing and issuing all the letters (offer, appointment, salary revision, etc) after verification from HR team members
  3. Co-ordinate with bank executive for opening new joinee account (Debit Card) for salary
  4. Preparation of monthly salary advise documents (Review to be done by HR Manager)
  5. Completing the vendor documentation (purchase orders, NDA, MSA etc.) timely
  6. Maintaining and updating the insurance record
  7. Periodically conducting the audit of HR files
  8. Constant monitoring for the office upkeep
  9. Transportation Management
  10. Petty Cash Management
  11. Vendor Management (Coordinating the all Vendor for the smooth operation)
  12. Co-ordinate with the vendor for printing of ID cards, Induction kit, Letter heads, visiting cards, etc
  13. Helping HR team in events and Employee Engagement Activities
  14. Keep check on Vendors like Electrician, Plumber, Groceries and stationary personnel and coordinate with their supervisor for any issues
  15. Co-ordinating with System admin team for proper maintenance of the records

Education and experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience (preferably in experience in eLearning industry)
  • Very good MS office skills and ability to pick up latest software.
  • Full time MBA added advantage
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
