The Balanced Score Card (BSC) initiative was launched after the evaluation of various options on how to create, implement and measure a value based culture that achieves the organisation’s objectives. It works on a sound business modelling approach, coupled with process adherence mechanisms and a strong Human Capital Strategy.

Since effective Human Capital Management (HCM) is essential to succeed in our growth plans, we now use the “People perspective” and “Learning perspective” of the BSC as the foundation to build our HR strategies, programs and processes.
