Asha has over 22 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, with 8 years of experience in the eLearning domain. This includes assignments at Digital Equipment Corporation and Wipro Infotech. In 1992, she co-founded a highly successful system integration company called Veritas. After seven years of full time involvement with Veritas, Asha co-founded her second entrepreneurial venture - Onward Education in 2000 as the sole partner in India for eCollege, the leading US eLearning solution provider.

In 2002, she co-founded EI Design Pvt Ltd. to address the global market’s need for an eLearning solutions provider; a company that focuses on custom content development. In her current role, she provides leadership and vision to the activities within EI Design Pvt. Ltd. She also handles Business Development and Strategic Relationships.

Asha holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

Prasanna has over 15 years experience in the domain of Visual Communications which includes 13 years of experience in the eLearning industry. He also has exhaustive experience in creating and building teams, managing operations to enable product design and development and ensuring operational excellence.

In his last assignment, he was the Head of the Visual Design team at DigitalThink Inc. He was instrumental in setting up a team of highly skilled Visual designers, Senior Visual designers and Flash experts. His key contribution was in managing high-volume projects with fast turn around times for key and strategic customers spread worldwide.

In his current role, Prasanna is a part of the core team and as the COO is responsible for managing and leading the Development team.

Prasanna holds a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering. His additional qualifications include a Masters in Science Program from a US-affiliated University and an advanced course in multimedia tools and applications.

Nalini has over 17 years of experience in the areas of CRM, Database Marketing, Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management. Her experience includes a 12 year tenure with Ogilvy One World-wide as Vice President, CRM, Data Services and Tele-Services. She was instrumental in building O&M's capability as India's leading CRM services provider.

She also set up an organisation-wide Knowledge Management system at NFO MBL India Ltd. She was a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore on Business Intelligence and Data Mining.

At EI Design, her contribution involves design of the overall business strategy, as well as providing inputs on operational excellence.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy from BITS-Pilani and a Masters in Business Management from IIM-Bangalore. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral Research at IIM-Bangalore in the area of Quantitative Methods and Information systems.
