Management of eLearning projects has become increasingly sophisticated. We, at EI Design are striving to create a unique competency for managing and delivering eLearning projects that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Our on going endeavour is to be an effective process driven company and to adopt and use processes that are user-friendly, generate the highest results and can be practically implemented.

EI Design also focuses constantly on improving and refining processes to improve quality, timely delivery and efficiency of the team. All our processes and methodologies are in line with the prevailing international standards in the eLearning industry.

Additionally, we follow several of the best practices of Project Management to provide the right experience for our customers. Notable among these are comprehensive preplanning (which includes feasibility studies and risk assessments and mitigation) and a structured project initiation process.

In our Account Management practices 

We provide strong ownership, accountability and effective communication.

Our Management team (comprising of CMD, COO and Business Development) extensively engages with the Strategy Team in the initial phase of the engagement. The wide experience of the management and strategy team ensures that most variables are captured and addressed in the early part of the project life cycle. Key objectives for the initial phase are:

  • To create and implement an effective framework and ensure that our project team works as a true extended arm of customer.
  • To iron out variables at this stage itself.

In our Project Management capability

We take the requisite measures to ensure that our Project Management team is aligned to meet our customer’s mandate. Necessary steps are taken to ensure that the two teams establish effective and comfortable working relationship.

We set up the communication and escalation channels to monitor the project’s progress in line with customer expectation.

We set up the framework to track the project and access to this progress is provided online to our customers. This will track the project adherence to the customer briefly on timeliness of deliverables and conformance to quality standards.
